両手使うので画像が前回の使いまわしですが、
ラジペンで端っこを引き上げて
親指でずり上げるようにするとフックがかかります。
念のため革手袋なんてやった方が安全かも、
私は素手ですが。
How to put the spring back

Lift up the edge of the spring.
Use a thumb to slide up to the hook part.
